We are seeking an architect specializing in Graphics Algorithms, Processing Units (GPUs) Architecture and Modeling. The candidate will contribute to the development of graphics processing acceleration, display image processing, with emphasize on software modeling. The ideal candidate for this role will have developed graphics and imaging technologies, has an excellent grasp of the graphics pipeline and GPU architectures, and a track record of developing SW models for emulation and power/performance optimization. Successful candidates are motivated self-starters who are comfortable operating in a cross-functional environment and have a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

- Work on end-to-end problems in domains of Graphics / Display image processing / Camera imaging processing / CV
- Invent and develop novel graphics acceleration, algorithms and architecture, that are optimizing performance at low power
- Develop software modes of graphics units (GPU) including functional model and bit accurate model for verification, power and performance
- Work closely with SW teams across the entire stack to support the enablement of the features
- Provide support and guidance to the silicon implementation team that is designing and verifying the accelerators
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience working on Graphics / Imaging
- Track record of developing GPU architectures / modeling
- Proficiency in C++ / C, including fixed point implementation
- Experience in developing models and enabling performance analysis and optimization
- PhD in EE / Computer Science or related fields
- Experience developing graphics acceleration in AR/VR or Mobile application processors
