The People Products team is responsible for building integrated, scalable, and robust HR applications for Meta employees. We are currently looking for an experienced, creative, and passionate Application Manager with a strong background supporting the employee lifecycle. The individual will have the ability to manage and grow the systems, support critical programs across the company, and drive impactful change in a rapidly evolving organization. As a member of the team, you will play a key role in defining the future-state of the employee journey at Meta.
Application Manager, Recruiting Applications Responsibilities:
- Lead the research, design, configuration, testing, and deployment of recruiting systems
- Continuously elevate the employee experience and optimize HR system interactions
- Build consensus with decision makers on product and surface strategy
- Imagine innovative products and solutions that solve complex business problems fully leveraging Meta's technology stack

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years experience implementing or building solutions with enterprise software.
- Experience harmonizing first-party and third-party technical environments
- Sophisticated understanding of recruiting processes and recruiting tooling
- Experience defining best practices and standardization in partnership with HR & Engineering stakeholders
- Experience juggling between strategy, execution and operational activities
- Experience leading effectively and influencing cross-functional groups
- Experience in human resources related domains, (HCM, Benefits, Recruiting, etc.).

$166,000/year to $230,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
