The VR/AR and AI Partnerships organization at Meta oversees product-defining partnerships in areas where Meta is investing for the long-term. Strategy & Operations serves as a trusted thought partner to the Partnerships leadership team, helping shape strategic direction and driving operational rigor.The Strategy & Operations team is looking for an experienced Analytics Manager to support the Partnerships teams with rigorous data analytics to help inform the scope and terms of new deals as well as evaluate ongoing performance of existing deals. This work, whether based on scenario planning or performance tracking, will be used by Partnerships leaders to make data-backed decisions on how and where to work with Partners in building the next computing platforms across Metaverse and AI. Working across multiple projects in parallel, this role will be focused on the details while also finding creative ways to solve big picture challenges. The ideal candidate is passionate about the products that Meta and other companies are building to advance consumer experiences in AR/VR and AI, has a deep analytical background, and has a track record of working with and influencing leaders to drive strategic decision-making in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position.

Analytics Manager, VR/AR and AI Partnerships Responsibilities:
- Inform the development of partnerships strategies for new markets, products, and/or verticals.
- Support the data aspects of deal terms and economics and related approval processes.
- Analyze ongoing performance of existing deals (for Meta and Partners), and provide insights to advance the partnership approach.
- Be a trusted advisor to the Reality Labs Partnerships leadership team on analytics and data insights from third-party ecosystem initiatives and programs.
- Be the conduit between Partnerships and Product Finance teams, keeping ongoing lines of communications around first-of-kind or precedent-setting deal terms.
- Conduct research and analysis to provide actionable insights for leadership to support decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or product/partnerships analytics in the technology/internet or digital media space.
- Experience leading analytical research projects in investment banking, private equity, consulting, and/or in a relevant analytical function.
- Distinctive problem solving and quantitative skills, with a proven track record of driving projects from strategy to execution.
- Proven leadership and influencing skills, with experience leading/influencing stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Proven communication skills.
- Technical or product knowledge in AR/VR, AI and/or SaaS.
- Master's degree in Business Administration.
- Experience at a leading investment bank, private equity, or technology firm.
- Experience supporting product leadership in successfully launching new products and/or businesses
