We are seeking an experienced candidate to be the Creative Services Lead in the America's region for the Creative Shop. America's Creative Services Lead, Creative Shop Responsibilities:
- Provide production support for major programs and activation in the America's region
- Collaborate with Creative Strategists to define scope and provide production solutions
- Coordinate and align multiple internal cross-functional partnerships
- Partner, offer guidance and streamline collaboration and process across cross-functional partners (Business Affairs, Finance, Legal, Compliance teams, Partnerships, etc.)
- Collaborate with Creative / Vertical Leads and Global Creative Services Leads
- Identify external partners to bid, award and execute work
- Identify opportunities to push the boundary of reels opt-in, first party, GenAI adoption, revenue enabled and quality of work on Meta's products and platform with regional leadership
- Design production plans and project schedules across internal creative teams and/or external partners
- Negotiate and manage project statements of work, estimates and related parameters across budget levels.
- Manage external vendor relationships (production companies, agencies, Creator Agencies, AI vendors, Motion companies, music houses, agency partners etc) to ensure Meta's goals are being achieved.
- Keep organized status sheets, job folders and experience building and inputting into Google Suite slides, docs and sheets and ensure clear documentation of final production assets.
- Lead a team of producers on large-scale productions, regional requests
- 6+ years of experience in creative services, production, or a related field
- Proven track record of driving strategic planning and alignment, executing high-priority business workstreams, and improving processes
- Experience understanding of the advertising industry, including creator marketing, trends, technologies, and best practices
- Demonstrable skills in communication, collaboration, and project management
- Capacity to work effectively in a productive environment
- Practical experience with problem-solving and analytical skills
- Language: Portuguese and/or Spanish and English
- Latin America market knowledge
- Knowledge of Meta's products and platforms
- Experience working in a similar role at a Creative or Production agency or in-house creative team
- In-depth understanding of AI
- Experience with Creator Marketing, Wearables, and other emerging technologies

$162,000/year to $225,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
