The People Risk and People Compliance (PRPC) team is seeking an experienced Accommodations Partner to play a pivotal role in supporting candidates and employees with disabilities/health conditions. You will be responsible for providing expert guidance on reasonable accommodations, overseeing complex cases, and optimizing program operations while maintaining confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.
Accommodations Business Partner Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance on reasonable accommodations, disability laws, and leave policies to employees, managers, and HR partners.
- Oversee complex and escalated matters through end-to-end case management, including implementation, tracking of accommodation transitions, and follow-up within the accommodations tracking related tool.
- Analyze and improve workflows to streamline case management and accommodations tracking, ensuring seamless execution and efficient use of resources.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to implement process improvements and ensure compliance with disability laws, including ADA/ADAA and FMLA.
- Handle private and sensitive data in accordance with company policy and legal requirements, demonstrating judgment and discretion in supporting complex and private employee matters.

- 6+ years of experience in Human Resources or Employee Relations, with a focus on employment law and compliance, including knowledge of ADA/ADAA, FMLA, and other relevant federal and state laws.
- Proven experience to effectively communicate and build relationships with employees, managers, and HR partners, with a track record of resolving complex issues and improving customer satisfaction.
- Experience driving program and process improvement initiatives, with a focus on optimization and scale
- Experience working in a large, complex organization with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Knowledge of HR systems and processes, including case management software and reporting tools.
- Certification in HR or Employee Relations, such as SHRM-CP or PHR.
- Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools.
