Job Description:
- Support the design and effectiveness of the risk and control environment to support Global Payments Solutions (GPS) and ensure adherence to enterprise-wide standards.
- Support GPS business segments to ensure consistent Single Process Inventory (SPI) documentation as guided by the Process Management Policies and Standards.
- Ensure accurate documentation of SPI processes, risks, controls, and metrics in system of record, ORCIT - Key Measures.
- Perform QA Reviews of the SPI data elements to ensure adherence to Process Management Policies and Standards.
- Coach / Train associates in the SPI requirements and the Process Owner Portal (POP) application to enhance user knowledge.
- Support GPS business segments in Enterprise SPI Remediations associated open issues and updates to enterprise-wide standards.
- Support Management Controls Committee (MCC) disposition and remediation of action items.
- Support SPI reporting reqiurements for Global Payment Solutions and Leadership Forums.
- Assist business segments and process owners by facilitating meetings and information sharing between key stakeholders, business control partners and Compliance / Operational Risk.
- Support centralized tracking of requests, compile required documentation, and review details to ensure accuracy prior to submission.
- Develop and manage strong relationships with the SPI Process Owners and FLU Risk Leads, GPS Business Controls, and GC&OR partners ensuring partnership on all deliverables.
- Work closely with the GPS SPI Business Control Team to support business segments in SPI
Required skills: "Must" have these skills to be minimally qualified
- 3 - 5+ years Business Control or Front Line Unit experience in supporting the Risk Framework.
- Knoweldge of the Single Process Inventory (SPI), Process Owner Portal (POP), and/or ORCIT - Key Measures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong ability to communicate (written and verbal) with internal and external partners.
- Proven analytical, logical reasoning and problem solving skills
- Ability to multi-task, set goals/prioritize and meet deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail oriented with analytical, process, and organizational skills.
- Able to work in a team environment as well as independently
- Ensure adherence to Bank of America Risk Framework, regulations, policies, standards and procedures.
- Adapts to a dynamic work environment with multiple priorities
- Ability to learn new systems quickly, problem solving, and organizational skills
Degree preferred or related work experience
Desired skills:
- Knowledge in following Policies/Standards: 1) Process Management Risk Standard, 2) Global Compliance and Operational Risk Metrics - Enterprise Policy, 3) Product Standards.
- Knowledge in Management Controls Committee (MCC).
- Project Management skills.
- Ability to extract data using a variety of tools.
- Reporting Skills - Advanced Excel (Macros, Pivot Tables, etc.

Pay and benefits information
Pay range
$69,000.00 - $103,900.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
Discretionary incentive eligible
This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
