Job Description:
This job is responsible for optimizing the flow of epics, features, stories and the value delivered by multiple scrum teams responsible for software and network automation projects. Key responsibilities include coordinating and facilitating Scrum ceremonies, the Solution Train ceremonies, managing dependencies, providing visibility into team delivery plans and progress, the health of deliverables and the overall program increment, and promoting agile principles and mindsets through coaching. Job expectations include ensuring impediments to delivery are resolved quickly to avoid disruptions and participating in budget and resource planning.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitates Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Demos/Reviews and Sprint Retrospectives
- Provides visibility into the Agile team's delivery plans and progress against plan to stakeholders
- Guides and coaches leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in the Agile Release Train on Agile practices and develops their understanding of Agile principles
- Leads scaled planning for the team including Preplanning/Preparation and Program Increment Planning Events
- Provides status updates regarding Agile Release Train plans, delivery, timelines, and impediments to stakeholders and leadership while communicating within the Agile Release Train to support delivery against program commitments
- Manages risk including dependency management, impediment removal, and compliance with Enterprise Change Management and other policy requirements
- Measures Agile Release Train delivery, maturity, and performance and reviews the metrics with the Agile Release Train to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborates with the product management team and ensures the program has a healthy product and program backlog
- Defines norms and agreements for the Agile Release Train and enforces the agreements
Required Qualifications:
- Four years professional experience as Scrum Master, Product Owner, Release Train Engineer or Agile Coach within an agile software development organization
- Scrum Master certification or equivalent professional experience
Desired Qualifications:
- Over seven years professional experience as a Scrum Master or RTE within Scaled Agile organization
- Successful introduction and implementation of Agile into large organization

Pay and benefits information
Pay range
$99,500.00 - $148,800.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
Discretionary incentive eligible
This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
