Job Description Summary:

This job is responsible for overseeing programs and projects specific to corporate change initiatives that impact how the bank does business, provides a product or service, or executes a function. Key responsibilities include serving as the primary contact to department managers for critical change initiatives and communicating, influencing, and negotiating vertically and horizontally to obtain or leverage resources. Job expectations include delivering regulatory and executive material and ensuring results align to program strategy, simplification, and new capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Accountable to designated Program Manager for delivery of individual project outcomes
  • Demonstrates strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
  • Partners with program manager and project sponsor to develop and maintain project objectives and charter
  • Acts as the primary point of contact and integration for the project
  • Responsible for analyzing present-state, developing alternative future-state approaches and facilitating implementation
  • Plans, organizes, monitors and controls projects using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure efficient and effective project completion
  • Manages project scope, timeline and budget by facilitating project routines to assess project health, manage risks/issues, identify change controls, etc.
  • Responsible for creating and driving a single project plan in MS Project, and all required project artifacts - TAR List, Risk log, status reporting, meeting agendas, toll gate evidence, stakeholder matrix, TPAS updates and project documents.
  • Maintains required project status reporting including updates to Enterprise tools and systems of record
  • Develops and socializes potential risk mitigation strategies
  • Partners with GPS PMO to ensure that all applicable Global Change Standards, Enterprise Procedures and any FLU/CF Procedures are followed
  • Works with LOB to identify people/process impacts and provide deliverables/evidence for Enterprise Change governance routines as required.
  • Partners with Tech PM on PPRT deliverables including Tollgates, input of risks/issues and coordinates status of tech delivery efforts
  • Oversees Project readiness, change adoption and Stakeholder management
  • Effectively communicates with managers, peers and business partners on deliverables, timelines and support needed

Minimum Educational Requirements: BA degree or equivalent work experience
