Job Description:
Join the Process Quality team as a Process Design Consultant in cybersecurity technology, where you will play a vital role in protecting the bank by championing continuous improvement culture and facilitating process improvement efforts. We are seeking talented individuals who are optimistic leaders, good listeners, creative thinkers, and customer-focused professionals. In this role, you will collaborate with various teams to design and implement efficient processes that deliver measurable and long-lasting results.
This role is essential for ensuring the bank's cybersecurity strategies are supported by efficient and effective processes, enhancing resilience against cyber threats.
Primary Responsibilities
- Design, document, and optimize cybersecurity processes to enhance the bank's threat detection, response, and prevention capabilities.
- Identify inefficiencies within current cybersecurity operations and implement streamlined workflows.
- Align process design with technical capabilities, regulatory requirements, and strategic goals.
- Analyze security operations processes to identify gaps and develop corrective action plans.
- Apply Lean Six Sigma tools & techniques (e.g., 5S, VSM, FMEA, Gap Analysis) to recommend end-to-end business operations and technology improvements.
- Lead workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on quality (e.g., LSS) industry best practices and infuse practical application into day-to-day business.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of newly implemented processes and iterate as needed to maintain optimal performance and overall sustainability.
- Serve as a key player on the Process Quality team, part of Product Management, and work collaboratively across partner teams and assigned customers as the business requires.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of professional experience, preferably in Process Design
- Passion for continuous improvement, problem solving, and teaching.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, threat intelligence, and risk management frameworks.
- Proven experience in process design, optimization, and documentation within a technology environment.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity tools and technologies (e.g., SIEM, SOAR, TIP systems).
- Excellent analytical skills to identify gaps and inefficiencies and propose effective solutions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in using process mapping tools (e.g., Visio) and creating detailed workflow diagrams.
- Project management skills to lead and execute process improvement initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex and dynamic situations.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality in process documentation.
- Formal education in Lean Six Sigma quality methodologies from a reputable organization; relevant certifications (e.g., Green Belt, Black Belt, Master Black Belt) preferred.

Pay and benefits information
Pay range
$127,800.00 - $187,200.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
Discretionary incentive eligible
This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
