Job Description:
This job is responsible for overseeing the expansion of fiduciary business for high net worth clients and serves as the market's Chief Fiduciary Officer. Key responsibilities include driving business development planning, retention and expansion of existing business, as well as risk and compliance oversight of fiduciary policy rules and regulations. Job expectations include partnering closely with the Market Executive to drive strategic growth priorities.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversees all fiduciary administration efforts for the market
  • Oversees investment management accounts including the coordination of opening and closing accounts, money movement, and account maintenance
  • Ensures all fiduciary standards and Private Bank/regulatory compliance and risk policies are understood, align with our risk framework, and consistently applied within the market
  • Monitors fiduciary risk metrics and ensure timely, accurate completion of all administrative reviews, control partner requests, and data remediation
  • Executes against Private Bank strategy, key national fiduciary initiatives, and priorities tailored to local market dynamic and competitor footprint
  • Oversees and builds new business opportunities by pursuing new or expanded relationships with existing clients and prospects

Pay and benefits information

Pay range

$164,100.00 - $273,300.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
