Job Summary:

The position is responsible for providing superior customer service for both the underlying customer base and our global sales trading team. The role aligns to Institutional Trades Processing under Global Market Ops - Cash Equity Transaction Management.

Responsibilities:

  • Timely and accurate allocation and confirmation of Global Equities.
  • Need to establish a strong working partnership with the customer base and sales force, supporting strategic initiatives to increase same day allocation and STP rates.
  • Detail oriented in monitoring and controlling exposure to the bank and our clients.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills with emphasis on establishing and maintaining quality control procedures, and effectively liaison with external and internal parties, clients and colleagues.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Advanced Excel knowledge (macros, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
