Job Description Details:
Bank of America's Digital Payments' team is seeking a Digital Director to manage audit issues, controls, and metrics, for Digital Payment Products.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Audit Issues for Digital Payments Product(s), including creation of action plans, collaborating with product partners to deliver technology solutions, identifying and implementing new control reporting, and partnering closely with risk and audit partners to deliver issues with quality and on time.
- Manage Controls and Metrics for Digital Payments Product(s), including monthly metric tracking and reporting, proactively assessing risk in the processes and implementing control improvements, and developing and maintaining detailed metric / control procedures
- Ensure SPI processes owned by digital payments team(s) are effectively managed and monitored
- Partner closely with Product Partners, Legal, Risk, and Business Controls Partners to proactively mitigate risk
- Assess new and existing processes and ensure appropriate controls are in place to mitigate risk
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in payments or related business
- Issues management and business controls experience and skills, including the ability to identify trends, mitigate risk, prioritize issues, and escalate across lines of business.
- Proven ability to communicate complex topics to stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives.
- Lead with influence: Ability to influence and partner with technical and non-technical business teams to drive desired results.
- Collaborative team-player with high emotional intelligence.
- Self-motivation, self-direction, and the ability to manage priorities without sacrificing quality or timelines

Pay and benefits information
Pay range
$120,900.00 - $189,200.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
Discretionary incentive eligible
This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
