Job Description

This position requires a talented leader for the ServiceNow Transformation Lead with responsibility to drive consistent program/project management with a focus on stakeholder management and end to end organizational change management for the Enterprise Services - Digital Enablement Value Team. In addition, this role will facilitate innovation engagements supporting exposure of the organization to opportunities to enhance how we work. This position will lead a team of scrum master's and project managers to deliver high value new capabilities to the enterprise. This position will report to the Director of the Transformation and Data Foundation Function.

As the ServiceNow Transformation Lead, the successful candidate will have responsibility partner with the product managers and business stakeholders to develop business as well as technical roadmaps for the platform capabilities. They will play a crucial role in driving the delivery success and value management realization for the platform and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies that maximize product adoption through innovative business capability enablement.

Specific responsibilities include (but are not exclusive to):

Lead and mentor team, promoting high performance and accountability.

Oversee Agile planning for optimizing product model execution and adoption.

Oversee the creation of Program and project management collateral, campaigns, and events to drive product adoption.

Support engagement Business and IT leadership sharing ServiceNow capabilities that provide solutions and opportunities for existing challenges

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate has strong experience in ServiceNow program management, and the life science business. (S)he will possess a balance between strong strategic and delivery experience to be able to lead and problem-solve across a wide variety of project, product, design, development and related topics. A driven, hands-on, and energetic personality, (s)he will be a natural self-starter with a focused approach to problem solving and a willingness to roll their sleeves up to achieve their objectives.

The role may require regional and international travel up to 10% of the time.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

Required:

  • 5+ year's experience in Strategy in the ServiceNow Platform
  • Proven track record of success in global program leadership roles
  • Extensive experience in developing and executing program and product management strategies that drive product adoption.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.

Travel Requirements:

  • This role requires approximately 10% international travel to support global business operations and customer engagement.

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

Expected US salary range:
$135,500.00 - $213,400.00
