Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Product/Business Analyst to join our Trial & Site Management (TnSM) team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in simplifying and innovating our technology and processes to enhance the Clinical Trial experience for our patients and improve the efficiency of study start-ups. Expertise which you will gain in this role within Clinical Trials domain will be essential in implementing our vision and strategy for the next decade.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather documentation related to the business process in clinical domain, document business/user needs and trace requests and responses to requests
  • Continuously broaden your expertise in the Clinical Trials business domain
  • Leverage business and user insights to form solutioning ideas and make prioritization decisions to maximize the value of the IT solutions
  • Work with the business to identify business value for our initiatives and determine the best way to measure that our solutions achieve the targeted business value
  • Contribute to the enablement, adoption, and growth of the Trial & Site Management/Clinical Operations products
  • Build knowledge of the existing solutions through IT communities and leverage these for the benefit the business stakeholders
  • Partner with squad members including but not limited to scrum masters, technical lead(s) and development team to manage high-quality product delivery leveraging Agile & Waterfall SDLC methodology
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure a healthy backlog of well-formed epics, that features, and user stories are maintained, which align with the overall roadmap and serve as requirements for the delivery squad
  • Follow and apply the Product Model principles to maximize the business value
  • Help define and keep up to date roadmaps for Trial & Site Management products

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related degree program.

Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product/Business Analyst or similar role
  • Experience with working within a global team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing technology and apply it to business needs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
  • Self-driven and able to work independently.

Desired Experience and Skills:

  • Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Expertise in Jira, Confluence, MS Office Suite, MS Project, and other project planning & tracking tools
  • Understanding of the Clinical Trials domain from a data collection and management perspective
  • Experience with GxP validations, System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), or working with SaaS and COTS vendors

Travel (10%) will be required

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

Expected US salary range:
$111,400.00 - $175,300.00
