Position Summary: The senior specialist, Stakeholder Engagement is responsible for analyzing the needs of key stakeholders and implementing engagement strategies, in partnership with HHDDA SMEs, to drive overall adoption of the HH digital, data and analytic capabilities. This role involves understanding stakeholder needs, expectations and concerns and developing a strategy to keep them engaged and informed of the digital transformation.

The senior specialist will report to the Associate Director, Stakeholder Engagement Lead and work closely with TCM delivery team, top program leads, business insight activation teams and the chief of staff/strategy realization office to ensure a consistent engagement experience for HHDDA key stakeholders.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Stakeholder Analysis: identify and assess stakeholders' interests, power, and influence, as well as their potential impact to lead the digital evolution, within their respective areas.
  • Engagement strategy development: develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies and plans aligned with HHDDA priorities. This may involve designing communication materials, organizing meetings or events, and utilizing various communication channels to engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Monitor, report and evaluation: track and report on stakeholder engagement activities, work closely with SME to resolve them and provide regular updates to management regarding any issues or concerns. Evaluate the effectiveness of engagement strategies and initiatives, using metrics and feedback to assess outcomes and make improvements.
  • Collaboration and coordination: collaborate with cross-functional teams within the organization to ensure consistent and coordinated messaging and engagement. Work closely with program leads, knowledge exchange hub leads, and other stakeholders to align efforts and achieve common goals.
  • Stakeholder mapping and communications: maps stakeholders and develops tailored engagement plans. The plan may include roadshows, podcasts, and other educational events to bring awareness, disseminate information and updates to stakeholders.

Required experience and skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years preferably 5 years of change management experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder engagement or a similar role, preferably in a change management or organizational development context.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient in utilizing stakeholder engagement tools and platforms.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage stakeholder engagement initiatives effectively.
  • Experience in monitoring and evaluating stakeholder satisfaction and engagement.
  • Working in ambiguity, leadership communications and executive presence

Bachelor's degree or equivalent

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

Effective September 5, 2023, employees in office-based positions in the U.S. will be working a Hybrid work consisting of three total days on-site per week, Monday - Thursday, although the specific days may vary by site or organization, with Friday designated as a remote-working day, unless business critical tasks require an on-site presence.This Hybrid work model does not apply to, and daily in-person attendance is required for, field-based positions; facility-based, manufacturing-based, or research-based positions where the work to be performed is located at a Company site; positions covered by a collective-bargaining agreement (unless the agreement provides for hybrid work); or any other position for which the Company has determined the job requirements cannot be reasonably met working remotely. The Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job in certain states and cities within the United States. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate's relevant skills, experience, and education.

Expected US salary range:
$114,700.00 - $180,500.00
