Job Description
DUTIES:
- Design and configure global trade compliance processes in SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) & SAP Order to Cash (OtC) modules.
- Develop and implement end-to-end trade compliance solutions, including import/export compliance, customs management, risk management, and trade document management.
- Design and implement end-to-end order management solutions, including order entry, pricing, delivery processing, billing, and payment management.
- Conduct business process analysis and identify areas for improvement and automation in GTS and OtC.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for SAP GTS & OtC modules, including monitoring system performance and resolving technical issues.
- Collaborate with business users to provide training and support, ensuring smooth adoption and utilization of SAP GTS & SAP OtC.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
- Requires three (3) years of experience with all of the following: designing and configuring global trade compliance processes in SAP GTS & SAP Order to Cash (OtC) modules; SAP GTS implementation and configuration, including Customs Management, Compliance Management, and Risk Management Modules; SAP OtC implementation and configuration, including order management, pricing, delivery, billing, and payment processes; SAP GTS & SAP OtC integration with other SAP modules; adhering to international trade compliance regulations, including import/export controls, Sanctioned Party Lists, and customs regulations; working with OtC cycle processes, including quotation management, sales order processing, delivery processing, billing, and revenue recognition; working with trade compliance processes such as classification, licensing, documentation, and reporting; working with pricing procedures, condition types, and rebate processing within OtC module with focus on Gross to Net.; and experience in 3PL and WM integration.
- Up to 10% domestic and international travel required.

U.S. Hybrid Work Model
