Join our collaborative Strategic Sampling Operations team as a Senior Specialist!

The Senior Specialist, Strategic Sampling Operations will be accountable for project management, vendor management and operations to support the U.S. and Puerto Rico market. This critical role includes, but is not limited to, development and deployment of sampling capabilities and programs, project management, management of vendor relationships, creation of reporting and analytics, resource and training development, and continuous improvement.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities include and may not be limited to:

  • Manage vendors around logistics, approvals, and compliance in the development of resources supporting Marketing or Field Sales through detailed project management plans.
  • Hold vendors accountable to timelines and accurate reporting on the performance of all aspects related to sampling operations.
  • Partner with Brand Marketing, Sales, IT, USHH field operations teams to develop and execute customized sample strategies utilizing current data and market trends.
  • Create detailed project plans and execute sample capabilities across all sample channels (i.e. FAST, Digital Sampling, data flow to Veeva).
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the marketing strategy for supported brands.
  • Demonstrate a high degree of leadership with a strong sense of urgency, credibility, and confidence.
  • Collaborate with various key stakeholders, including but not limited to Marketing, Commercial Legal, IT, Compliance, and Sales Leadership.
  • Understand end to end sampling operations with a continuous improvement mindset.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma and at least 2 years of experience in project management, vendor management, or related roles
  • Ability to work hybrid and come onsite to the North Wales (Upper Gwynedd), PA office at least 3 days per week
  • Execution excellence: Operations and process flow mindset with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Influence: Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication as well as strong presentation skills
  • Decision making: Demonstrated strategic/critical thinking, self-motivated, and able to lead in ambiguous spaces without authority.
  • Ownership & Accountability: ability to act with minimal supervision, prioritize activities and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
  • Networking & Partnerships: Ability to build relationships with stakeholders, understand business strategy and execute to achieve business goals
  • Analytical skills and detailed knowledge of Excel, Power Point and Word

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Knowledge and experience working in sample operations
  • PMP certification
  • Familiarity with SAP systems
  • Promomats/PRT experience
  • SQL experience

Selected applicant to provide minimum of eighteen to twenty-four months of service in position.
