Job Description
Our Company is seeking a Marketing Senior Specialist who has a commitment to improving health care and is interested in working at one of the world's leading biopharmaceutical companies. The position of a senior specialist in Human Health requires that you have outstanding proficiency in many different areas including project management, productive communication, execution excellence, and cross-functional collaboration.
The person in this role will have specific responsibilities for developing and driving marketing strategy and execution for certain Primary Care, Federal, and Vaccines Ecosystem-related initiatives.

- Apply knowledge of internal/external challenges and market insights to improve product marketing offerings
- Solve complex problems in assigned areas
- Support development and execution of marketing strategies
- Interpret customer needs and insights, assess requirements, and identify solutions
- Discover effective marketing and promotional channels
- Promote teamwork and open discussion of issues
- Make operational contributions to assigned areas including strategic marketing, brand management, and communications management
- Conduct financial planning and management activities such as budget management, forecasting, and business case development
- Collaborate with key team members to develop long-range plans, brand strategic plans, and/or business performance reviews to inform internal and external stakeholders and communications
- Work independently with minimal guidance
Position Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the biopharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Proven experience in project management and execution within cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy development and execution.
- Demonstrated proficiency in financial planning and budget management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market insights and customer needs.
- Ability to solve complex problems and develop effective marketing and promotional strategies.
- Experience collaborating with diverse teams and promoting a culture of teamwork and open discussion.
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model and come into the North Wales (Upper Gwynedd), PA office at least three days per week.
- Travel 10%.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree (MBA) in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in primary care, federal programs, and vaccine marketing initiatives.
- Familiarity with the regulatory aspects of marketing in the biopharmaceutical sector.
- Proficiency with marketing analytics tools and CRM software.
- Experience in digital marketing strategies and channels.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and mentor junior team members.
- Experience in developing long-range plans and strategic marketing frameworks.
