Job Description

Our Finance team brings together our financial perspectives into our overall strategic and tactical decision making. We use state-of-the-art techniques for financial analysis, planning, accounting, reporting and performance evaluation. This allows the organization to continue advancing medical innovation and improve lives.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Strong knowledge of Systems Applications and Products in Data Processing, Business Planning and Consolidation, SAP Business Integration and other Financial Planning & Analysis tool functionality to support the BPC Configuration Object Element operations activities across the globe.

• Strong knowledge of FP&A process in topics related to forecasting cycle, budget preparation and overall accounting knowledge

• Thorough understanding of data manager packages.

• Strong understanding of Enterprise Process Management to troubleshoot report/input templates (in cases of master data or other validations) and knowledge of how to create EPM ad - hoc reports.

• Ability to understand data flowing through complex BW/non-BW configurations

• Ability to use Excel & other tools to analyze large amounts of data - for example, to compare master data, dig into calculations, etc.

• Good communication skills to work with global stakeholders

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree

Required experience and skills:

• Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field

• SAP SAC/BPC experience required

• A minimum of four (4) years relevant work experience in business/data/operations/planning.

• Four (4) years of Master Data Management experience or related

• FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) experience

• Broad understanding and knowledge of applicable business processes including end-to-end process use of data and life-cycle of data (creation to use to inactivation).

• Solid oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.

• Teamwork and collaborative focus, customer service oriented.

• Ability to function in a high volume setting with tight deadlines

• Attention to details with strong focus on data quality.

• Ability to identify root causes of errors and appropriate corrective actions.
