This role will advance the commercial strategy for an investigational humanized monoclonal antibody in IBD; a phase 3 monoclonal antibody directed to a novel target, tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-like cytokine 1A (TL1A), in ulcerative colitis (UC) and Crohn's disease (CD). This position will be responsible for developing and implementing elements of the commercial strategy, which may include any of the primary responsibilities below. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to lead and execute a best-in-class launch as the cornerstone of our Immunology pipeline, aiming to establish a leadership position in highly competitive markets. This role offers high visibility within a fast-growing franchise and strong potential for professional development and growth.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive global strategy (L3), working in close coordination with cross-functional team, regions and markets to build strategy and ensure the execution of a successful launch.
  • Lead key strategic projects that drive product strategy and commercialization pre-launch.
  • Liaise with HHI and regional markets to build a successful commercial framework and clinical development plan that meets the regions needs and delivers on the market potential. Plays a key role in market archetyping, activation and go to market models.
  • Commercial representative for ourManufacturing Division including supply planning and allocation.
  • Liaise with respective development teams to drive pipeline strategy.
  • Scientific Strategy: Liase with medical affairs team to shape the scientific strategy and priorities, and to ensure alignment and execution.
  • V&I (Value & Implementation): HH Representative to work with US and ourResearch & Development Divisionto build strategies to proactively address data gaps in order to drive commercial value.
  • Represent commercial planning efforts to broaden patient access across markets consistent with Enterprise Go To Market (EGTM) approach.
  • Congress Planning & Engagement Strategy: Develop SL engagement strategy, coordinate senior leadership SLEs.
  • Global Communication & Policy: Marketing interface with global communication, policy and patient advocacy groups.
  • Budget: Responsible for budget management and annual long-range forecast assumptions, upsides and changes year over year.
  • As a member of the global marketing team and cross-functional leadership team, partner with fellow CRM Global Marketing colleagues to invest in each other's development, build a culture of inclusivity, speak-up and stretch our collective team's thinking by challenging the status quo for the purpose of creating stronger outcomes.

Position Qualification & Skills:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or related field
  • MBA or related advanced degree is preferred

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience across marketing, sales, market access (or related experiences) in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries, and at least 5 years of demonstrated in-line marketing experience.
  • External Candidates - Minimum 2 years immunology experience
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

  • Internal Candidates - Minimum 2 years immunology experience
  • Experience with Gastroenterologists and Gastro KOLs
  • Global marketing experience
  • Global or US launch experience
  • Experience building brand strategy
  • Multi-country engagement experience

Location: Rahway, NJ or Upper Gwynedd, PA

Travel: ~20% of the time

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

Expected US salary range:
$181,600.00 - $285,800.00
