Technical Product Leader - Inline Supply

The End-to-End Technical Leadership organization within GSEC is seeking an interested candidate to serve as a Technical Product Leader (TPL) in support of our most important commercial small molecule products. The candidate must be capable of providing boundary less application of leadership skills in assessing, evaluating and providing proactive mitigations across our Company's worldwide manufacturing network. This pivotal role encompasses both technical and strategic responsibilities. Technical product Leaders (Inline Supply) serve as the voice of technology within the Value Chain Management Team (VCMT).

  • Leading the cross-functional Value Chain Technical Team (VCTT) to execute and critically assess the end-to-end technical supply deliverables for commercial products while fostering a learning and collaborative environment.
  • Leading through technical excellence to deliver uninterrupted, robust, and compliant supply through rapid response to emerging issues, proactive risk management, implementation of strategic process improvements, and appropriate prioritization of projects/activities.
  • Developing detailed product Technical Master Plan (TMP) to provide line of sight to strategic technical objectives across all manufacturing nodes to ensure commitments to the VCMT are met in a robust and timely fashion and ensuring full oversight of these activities.
  • Leading communication and escalation between the technical team and relevant stakeholders as well as decision-making bodies.
