You will join the Data science platforms team in our Chief Technology Office(CTO) Division and would play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our AI/ML technology landscape. Reporting to the Associate Director, this position is responsible for contributing to the company's top initiatives to leverage and productionalize AI/ML at scale . The ideal candidate is someone with a passion for AI/ML and a readiness to learn and experiment with emerging advancements.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models.
- MLOps Implementation: Implement MLOps best practices for model versioning and monitoring.
- Capability Evaluation: Assess new data science platform capabilities for enterprise readiness.
- Data Exploration: Conduct data exploration and perform feature engineering.
- Analytics Delivery: Lead data-analytics project delivery, navigating multi-team complexities and working in a agile centric fashion .
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with geographically diverse teams to gather business requirements.
Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma required. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in data science, focusing on MLOps and model deployment.
Required Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Python or R and machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Working experience on Data science platforms like databricks, Dataiku or any similar platforms
- Working experience of data processing and engineering for machine learning.
Preferred Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of AWS services
- Familiarity with concepts of MLOps like MLflow.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.

U.S. Hybrid Work Model
Effective September 5, 2023, employees in office-based positions in the U.S. will be working a Hybrid work consisting of three total days on-site per week, Monday - Thursday, although the specific days may vary by site or organization, with Friday designated as a remote-working day, unless business critical tasks require an on-site presence.This Hybrid work model does not apply to, and daily in-person attendance is required for, field-based positions; facility-based, manufacturing-based, or research-based positions where the work to be performed is located at a Company site; positions covered by a collective-bargaining agreement (unless the agreement provides for hybrid work); or any other position for which the Company has determined the job requirements cannot be reasonably met working remotely. The Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job in certain states and cities within the United States. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate's relevant skills, experience, and education.
Expected US salary range:
$101,100.00 - $159,100.00
