You will join the Data science platforms team in our Chief Technology Office(CTO) Division and would play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our AI/ML technology landscape. Reporting to the Associate Director, this position is responsible for contributing to the company's top initiatives to leverage and productionalize AI/ML at scale . The ideal candidate is someone with a passion for AI/ML and a readiness to learn and experiment with emerging advancements.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Model Development: Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models.
  • MLOps Implementation: Implement MLOps best practices for model versioning and monitoring.
  • Capability Evaluation: Assess new data science platform capabilities for enterprise readiness.
  • Data Exploration: Conduct data exploration and perform feature engineering.
  • Analytics Delivery: Lead data-analytics project delivery, navigating multi-team complexities and working in a agile centric fashion .
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with geographically diverse teams to gather business requirements.

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma required. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in data science, focusing on MLOps and model deployment.

Required Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Python or R and machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Working experience on Data science platforms like databricks, Dataiku or any similar platforms
  • Working experience of data processing and engineering for machine learning.

Preferred Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of AWS services
  • Familiarity with concepts of MLOps like MLflow.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

Expected US salary range:
$101,100.00 - $159,100.00
