Under the supervision of the Director - Process Excellence & Strategy Operations, this position will be responsible for driving improvement in the operating systems, management systems, and mindsets, behaviors and capabilities of Pennsylvania Global Workplace and Enterprise Services.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Identify, prioritize, and champion digital solutions to improve process efficiency, reduce process variability, and eliminate waste.
- Develop realization metrics, track realization, report realization, and ensure execution of project/program is delivering business realization goals.
- Communicate and upskill both technical and non-technical stakeholders, explaining complex data in a clear and concise manner.
- Lead and work with department stakeholders and outside vendors to develop a digital program and upskill users on new processes.
- Author operating procedures, business flow summaries, and job aides to standardize digital solutions governance program.
- Work with leadership to gain the appropriate level of sponsorship to bring business requirements and improvements into digital solutions that are governed, documented, and have a plan life cycle.
- Manage relationships with key clients/customers and work with IT, our Research & Development Division, and our Manufacturing Division representatives to develop and support strategic initiatives
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Math, or Engineering and relevant industry experience
Required Experience and Skills:
- A minimum of 3 years of Lean program management working experience
- Fluency in Microsoft 365 solutions, specifically Power platform.
- Experience in Business Intelligence (BI) technologies and database management systems
- Strong Communication and relationship building skills to fit with leadership team and support staff
- Energetic self-starter with demonstrated ability to thrive and lead in a complex and ambiguous environment of a global matrixed organization
- Experience in finding learning solutions - content, programs, facilitators, etc.
- Technical problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Experience and Skills:
- Lean Six Sigma certifications; e.g. Greenbelt
- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases
- Experience in running workshops to align people, improve processes and define technology solutions.
- Preferred experience within a biopharmaceutical laboratory / facilities environment
- Experience in developing SDLC requirements

U.S. Hybrid Work Model
