Job Description
Veeva QMS Technical Lead to join the Vault Quality Platform team and implement, configure and maintain the Quality Vault suite of applications.
Favorable candidates for this position will have IT experience, are technology-forward thinking, have implemented or use cloud-based software in the Content Management and Quality Processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Veeva QMS Tech lead, owning the QMS platform roadmap, backlog & operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Quality, Compliance, IT Architecture teams to prioritize requirements, ensuring alignment with business
- Evaluate Veeva general releases, conduct assessments/POCs, and develop business cases for implementing new enhancements or configurations to align with enterprise needs.
- Proactively socialize unused or newly introduced platform features, driving awareness, and adoption across the organization.
- Lead delivery activities through the full software lifecycle: Design, Build, Test, and Deploy.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to design solutions and deliver end-to-end implementations across the Veeva Vault Quality ecosystem.
- Deliver product enhancements through agreed backlog process to ensure Veeva Vault Quality evolves to meet business needs
- Manage Operations teams for end user support and system operations.
- Provide Product expertise in Veeva Quality suite as a certified Vault platform administrator.

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, MIS, and Science OR in a related field. The job requires a solid academic background on how Information Technology supports the delivery of business objectives.
- Veeva Certifications (Veeva Vault/Vault Quality Suite/ QMS). The role holder has completed the Certified Vault Training and is up to date.
Required Experience and Skills:
- Minimum 6 years of Veeva Quality experience and particularly desirable is QMS experience.
- Working experience in a GxP environment is required.
- Experience in product management
- Working experience with integrating vault QMS with other enterprise systems & vaults.
- The ability to work independently and effectively as a team across global hubs, and maintain a highly collaborative, transparent effort.
- Ability to work in a global, multi-cultural, English-speaking environment.
Preferred Experience and Skills:
- Experience in IT Quality and relevant business areas
- Understanding of Quality Management System Capabilities & relevant processes (Product Complaints, Quality Risk Management, Supplier Management, Audits, Issues & Change Control)
- Experience with architecture, integration, interfaces, portals, and/or analytics.

U.S. Hybrid Work Model
Effective September 5, 2023, employees in office-based positions in the U.S. will be working a Hybrid work consisting of three total days on-site per week, Monday - Thursday, although the specific days may vary by site or organization, with Friday designated as a remote-working day, unless business critical tasks require an on-site presence.This Hybrid work model does not apply to, and daily in-person attendance is required for, field-based positions; facility-based, manufacturing-based, or research-based positions where the work to be performed is located at a Company site; positions covered by a collective-bargaining agreement (unless the agreement provides for hybrid work); or any other position for which the Company has determined the job requirements cannot be reasonably met working remotely. The Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job in certain states and cities within the United States. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate's relevant skills, experience, and education.
Expected US salary range:
$135,500.00 - $213,400.00
