Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an Associate Director, US Oncology Marketing Hematology. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our company's Alliance marketing team as the HCP Strategy and Execution Lead for the promotion of a hematology product. This position will report to the Director and Commercial Marketing, who is part of the US Hematology Marketing Team.

The role is a key position dedicated to evolving marketing strategy within the dynamic hematology landscape and collaborating with customer-facing teams to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives. It will require outstanding leadership and cross-functional collaboration with internal, agency, and Alliance partners.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Lead the evolution of the strategic plan to maximize customer reach and impact for our Company and the Alliance.

• Manage annual brand planning and processes in collaboration with internal and Alliance stakeholders.

• Lead development and implementation of HCP print and digital promotional materials for our Company & Alliance teams.

• Drive executional excellence by partnering with customer-facing teams and sales training to pull-through strategy into promotion.

• Establish and track KPIs, in conjunction with customer engagement colleagues, to assess effectiveness of promotional plan, identify opportunity areas, and enhance planning.

• Evolve customer targeting plans to maximize impact of promotion.

• Leverage performance insights, market research, and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decisions and tactical initiatives.

• Manage annual promotional budget.

• Lead congress planning efforts for brand while collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders across the portfolio.

• Foster strong working relationships across the alliance partnership and with key internal stakeholders

Education Requirement:

• Required: Bachelor's degree (BA/BS)

Required Experience and Skills:

• 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech experience

• Strong marketing skills, including developing strategy within a competitive market, creating, and executing tactics, and tracking performance of initiatives.

• Prior experience in marketing and/or customer facing support roles including communications, operations, learning and development.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate insights into action

• Experience working on or closely collaborating with customer-facing teams

• Track record of effective collaboration with Legal/Regulatory/Medical reviewers to develop and gain approval of promotional materials

• Veeva Promo mats experience

• Excellence in project management and balancing multiple priorities across teams

• Strong interpersonal/negotiation skills, relationship building, and ability to influence within and across organization.

• Requires up to 20% travel, including some weekends.

Preferred Experience and Skills:

• Oncology and/or Hematology marketing

• Experience in field execution

• Alliance experience

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

The Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job in certain states and cities within the United States. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate's relevant skills, experience, and education.

Expected US salary range:
$149,400.00 - $235,100.00
