As the Associate Director - Technical Product Manager for the Cross-Divisional Marketplace Program, you will be at the forefront of our data marketplace initiatives, working closely with senior leaders and stakeholders across the organization. A core component of your role will be value realization capture for our in-house data marketplace technology, ensuring that the products and solutions delivered create tangible benefits for the business. You will help unify data strategies across divisions, enabling advanced analytics and scalable cloud solutions that drive measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for cross-divisional stakeholders, representing our product capabilities, strategy, and vision to diverse business units.
- Voice of the Customer: Serve as the "voice of the customer" for the Cross-Divisional Marketplace Program, ensuring that our products and solutions are aligned with user needs and expectations. Gather and incorporate feedback to refine and improve our data marketplace offerings.
- Product Strategy & Execution: Develop and refine product strategies, ensuring alignment with both divisional and enterprise objectives. Drive initiatives from concept through implementation, focusing on capturing and maximizing value realization for our data marketplace technology.
- Workshop Facilitation & Team Collaboration: Conduct and lead workshops with business and technology stakeholders to gather insights, identify gaps, and define product roadmaps.
- AI & Cloud Technology Integration: Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI and cloud technologies into our marketplace products, optimizing for scalability and performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with architects, data scientists, and divisional IT teams to foster alignment across data and analytics strategies and roadmaps.
- Product Innovation: Monitor industry trends, identifying opportunities to introduce innovative capabilities that enhance our marketplace ecosystem. Conduct proofs of concept (POC) as necessary to validate ideas.
- Value Realization Capture: Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to measure, document, and report on the value generated by the data products within our marketplace, ensuring they meet strategic objectives and deliver measurable business impact.
- Strategic Representation: Represent CDNA technologies in various strategy forums with divisional stakeholders, advocating for our product roadmap and aligning our data and analytics strategy with the needs of different business units.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 8 years in product management with a focus on enterprise data, analytics, or cloud platforms, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Technical Skills: Proven ability to design, implement, and manage AI or cloud technologies at scale.
- Workshop Facilitation: Experience leading workshops, managing stakeholder engagement, and aligning cross-functional teams.
- Pharma Expertise: Cross-domain experience within pharmaceutical sectors, including commercial, manufacturing, and compliance functions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of data governance frameworks, data mesh, and self-service analytics.
- Familiarity with marketplace technologies, including data sharing, MDM, and data fabric.
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and familiarity with advanced analytics tools such as Databricks, Collibra, and QlikView.

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

The Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job in certain states and cities within the United States. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate's relevant skills, experience, and education.
Expected US salary range:
$135,500.00 - $213,400.00
