Job Description
We are currently recruiting for an Associate Director, HealthEQ Digital Channel Lead. HealthEQ is our Company's unbranded/above-brand personal promotion portal that delivers education materials focused on Health Equity, Quality and Disease Education. The HealthEQ Digital Channel Lead serves as the Product Owner for the platform and has a high degree of empowerment and is self-directed to manage the roadmap for their assigned segment's capabilities. This includes supporting and evolving platform capabilities and user experiences to support US Market Business Units across customer segments or therapeutic areas inclusive of Internal Customer Facing Teams and Health Care Professionals.
This role works closely with Customer Facing Teams/Leadership across the Business Units and VIVID360 design system Product Owners and collaborates with Marketing/Promotion and Digital Execution Teams. This position provides expertise, defines solutions that enable optimal customer experiences, and defines the appropriate guidance to ensure unbranded/above-brand marketing resources are meaningful to customers and compliant.

Key Responsibilities include and may not be limited to:
- Act as Product Owner
- Own and manage Digital Channel Capabilities to ensure unbranded/above-brand promotional resources are delivered to customers based on the optimal CX/ UX
- Manage and coach a team of full-time employees and vendors
- Provide thought leadership and strategic direction for platform improvement
- Work collaboratively across stakeholders in promotion, marketing, creative agencies and IT to identify and implement areas for process improvement
- Work with IT to manage ongoing updates/ enhancements to the product roadmap
- Define and coordinate technical execution for new capabilities with IT, digital execution team members and creative agencies
- Continually assess and bring forward new trends in digital marketing capabilities to improve customer engagement
- Consult as needed with other functions to assure a cohesive digital presence and alignment across HCP/HCC/MFR websites and portals
- Owner of digital channel specific standards and guidance (best practices, channel KPIs, compliance)
- Communicate with the Marketing/Promotion and Digital Engagement Teams to share channel best practices and standards for content creation, approval and intake
- Provide SME consult & approval/signoff for proposed content
- Ensure all technical and business guidance documentation is accurate, current and compliant
- Facilitate a forum for partners to come together and discuss opportunities for innovation with the Web Strategy & Services Team
- Lead pilot initiatives to implement new capabilities and operationalize them for re-use in the organization across brands or channels
- Input/oversight of vendor selection and may manage marketing service vendors
- Work with our Company's analytics group to establish data management and analytics to assess and optimize channel performance
- Facilitate the integration between marketing/promotion, legal/regulatory and technical teams
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Integrate feedback from customer and customer facing teams to improve the site functionality and content needed
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 5 years marketing operations experience, marketing agency, marketing support, and/or digital channel innovation
- Minimum of 7 years of professional work experience
- Ability to deal with high complexity projects
- Demonstrated success in vendor management
- Demonstrated success in advancing initiatives across organizational functions
- Demonstrated success in managing people
- Operations and management experience
- Ability to work hybrid and come into the North Wales (Upper Gwynedd), PA office at least 3 days per week
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience (preferred at least 2 years) working in the Biopharmaceutical or Healthcare industry
- Experience developing and executing digital marketing strategy successfully while collaborating cross-functionally and building consensus, with effective project management expertise
- Agile experience strongly preferred
- Experience planning and rolling out new capabilities, and the ability to identify and implement scalable process improvements using a data-driven approach
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with the ability to develop creative/non-traditional solutions for challenging, undefined problems
- Agile decision maker with the ability to ensure a collaborative, iterative and transparent process for all stakeholders involved.
- Passion for working with technology products and solving customer needs
- Ability to collaborate and influence - displays strong interpersonal and relationship management skills, has excellent communication and negotiation skills and demonstrates ability to lead, advocate and develop and strengthen business partnerships
- Change Management Skills - ability to gain sponsorship for change and work as a change agent to effectively drive change required
- Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
