Our Quality Assurance group ensures every single material inside our products is manufactured, processed, tested, packaged, stored and distributed aligned with our incredibly high standards of quality and meets all regulatory requirements. Partnering across our internal manufacturing facilities, external contract manufacturers and suppliers we create an interdependent global manufacturing network committed to deliver a compliant, reliable supply to customers and patients on time, every time, across the globe.
Job Summary:
- Ensure the effective inspection, quarantine, rework, and release of products prior to reception and shipment.

- Execute procedures for the inspection of incoming raw material and determine if the material is clear for use in our production activities.
- Execute procedures for the inspection of in-progress and finished products to meet the customer's requirements and determine whether the products require rework or cleared for release and shipping.
- Liaise with Management, Production, Shipping/Receiving and IT teams, to manage the exceptions that might arise during normal operations.
- Take effective and prompt corrective actions and participate in a continuous improvement activity.
Skills and Educational Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in reading and understanding the English language.
- Able to read and understand written documents, technical specifications, operating instructions.
- Able to understand and execute statistical tools, as well as electronic reports pertaining the products being inspected.
- Able to use scales, rulers, counters and similar tools to perform our quality procedures.
- Experience in operating a computer, to include Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams, and demonstrate the ability to learn new computer skills.
- Ability to perceive differences between colors.
- Able to lift 40 pounds from the floor under normal working conditions.
- Must be able to work 11am - 7:30pm, Monday through Friday with overtime weekends as needed.

U.S. Hybrid Work Model
