We are the Information Technology (IT) organization for our Animal Health company, responsible for driving the CIO's agenda and partnering with business and IT leaders to provide enterprise scale services and solutions that drive data-focused, digital capabilities and ensures reliable information management, data governance and data quality practices. The position reports to the Chief of Staff and head of the Animal Health Office of the CIO.

Responsibilities

  • Lead program management activities including identifying obstacles, providing guidance, and overseeing all aspects of the PMO, communications and workstream oversight. Including demand management, requirements gathering through implementation of enterprise-wide efforts related to production information.
  • Manage complex dependencies, ensuring optimal resourcing and adjustment to changing priorities across program workstreams.
  • Facilitate program meetings, while tracking performance against original plan and budget and ensure the right level of stakeholder management practices.
  • Ensure program demand includes clear scope, stakeholder identification, business value and governance established.
  • Collaborate with business partners to understand and respond to product information governance needs and leverage data management experience to deliver composable solutions.
  • Develop requirements for product information governance capabilities, including UI/UX, data quality, reference data, and metadata management.
  • Create and maintain support materials for information governance, including training documentation and product guides.
  • Lead information governance program delivery teams, establish product roadmaps, and manage stakeholder relationships across our Animal Health division.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline.

Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in information governance, data management, business intelligence or analytics.
  • At least 3 years of experience with Global Information Governance and/or MDM Implementations (e.g., Collibra, Immuta, SAP MDG, Informatica MDM, Tibco EBX).

Preferred

  • Agile Scrum Master or Agile Product Owner Certified
  • Program Management framework Certified
  • Information Governance implementation experience - design and implement within pharmaceutical and technology business is a plus
  • Experience working with Product and Customer Master Data Management, Sales & Marketing and Supply Chain & Manufacturing data is highly preferred
  • A demonstrated record of success as an Information Governance Professional in the pharmaceutical or technology industry, with deep knowledge on data and business processes and systems
  • Ability to evaluate complex situations and business processes and effectively integrate and synthesize the data to form a complete cohesive landscape.

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

The Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job in certain states and cities within the United States. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate's relevant skills, experience, and education.

Expected US salary range:
$164,800.00 - $259,400.00
