Job Description

The Future Talent Program features Cooperative (Co-op) education that lasts up to 6 months and will include one or more projects. These opportunities in our Animal Health Division can provide you with great development and a chance to see if we are the right company for your long-term goals.

The job scope and primary focus for this position is to actively support the Global Marketing Ruminants strategy across the regions and territories via coordination and execution of marketing activities including:

  • Ensure clear, concise, and timely communication and problem identification with Sales, Marketing and Tech Services.
  • Key contributor in Digital Marketing and Global Marketing projects
  • Logistical support for marketing activities.
  • Participate in field-based/virtual events (trade show support; customers education regarding the features and benefits of our company's Animal Health products and services).
  • This is a full- time Co-Op position. Must be able to work full time for 6 months (starting Spring 2024)
  • Housing subsidy is not available as part of this program and must be funded 100% by the student.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Candidates must be currently in the process of earning a BA or BS in Animal Science, Agribusiness, Veterinary School, Animal Health, Business, Marketing, Communications or related degree program.
  • Candidates must have completed at least 2 years of college course work by May 2025
  • Candidates must be available to work full time for 6 months
  • Candidates must have critical thinking skills to carry out instructions and make decisions within scope of authority
  • Candidates must be able to use problem solving skills involving several variables
  • Candidates must have the ability to follow policies and procedures
  • Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
  • Candidates must have excellent English communication skills, oral and written.
  • Candidates must have the ability to adapt communication to international audiences
  • Candidates must be positive attitude and a strong work ethic

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • Candidates should have a GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Candidates should have leadership roles during college
  • Candidates should have additional language fluency
  • Candidates should have previous experience working in a multinational and/or corporate business setting
  • Candidates should have previous experience working in consumer or professional marketing, PR or advertising

Candidates should have a love and passion for animals.

Under New York City, Colorado State, Washington State, and California State law, the Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate's relevant skills, experience, and education.

Expected salary range:

$39,600.00-$105,500.00

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

Expected US salary range:
$62,000.00 - $97,600.00
