The Delivery Engineering Team supports the many DataFabric Teams in the development and execution of their deployment pipelines. We are also heavily involved with the management of cost optimization, security remediations and archietural evolution of all of the DataFabric infrastructure.

The candidate will work on building automation enhancements and CI/CD pipelines to our AWS Cloud Platform for the Data Fabric. The intern will identify opportunities in need of automation, work on solutions collaboratively with other team members, and follow through to implementation along with documentation. They will be able to get hands on real world experience with designing, programming/scripting and deploying technology solutions for Medidata. This role will be based in our New Jersey office and will be a hybrid role, three days per week in office.

• Completed at least 3 years of a 4 - year of bachelor's degree program
• Completing a bachelor's or graduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent area of study
• Knowledge in programming and scripting languages such as Java, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Python
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Critical thinking and an analytical mindset

The salary range posted below refers only to positions that will be physically based in New Jersy. As with all roles, Medidata sets ranges based on a number of factors including function, level, candidate expertise and experience, and geographic location. Pay ranges for candidates in other locations, may differ based on the local market data in that region. The base hourly pay range for this position is $32.00 an hour and a $3,500 sign on bonus.
