Description
The Global Operations AD/Manager is a key point of contact for Dell Agency management clients, EM Global leadership and Regional POCs.
The candidate must be an organized self-starter, able to manage their own projects and deliverables - with support from Global Ops lead and Ops Director.
The Fin Ops AD/Manager needs excellent attention to detail, numerical skills and be comfortable using advanced excel, as well as being capable of creating documents in other formats (eg powerpoint, word) that help translate numbers to client - eg explaining scope of work changes and staff plan shifts as part of Dell quarterly processes.
Ability to manage and execute key operational projects and process improvements - with the ability to problem solve and analyze where we have gaps across the network and propose a plan to rectify and improve.

The role also plays a key part in managing and monitoring market work, partnering with Operations and market/regional POCs across EMEA & APJ, to ensure process is followed, and tools are updated on time and accurately so we can hit our client reporting KPIs .
Key Responsibilities:
Agency Scope
Manage the implementation of operational aspects of scoping process:
- Manage SOWs development and language process across markets (supported by Ops Director)
- Liaise with EM commercial on rationale for staffing shifts that can be put into documentation for Dell.
- Work with finance team on time reconciliation for our team resources.
- Create SOW documentation, rationale decks and org charts on quarterly basis
Finance/Commercials
- Manage all projects related to compliance with Dell's MRA and contractual process as per Global guidelines (supported by Ops Director/Ops lead)
- Manage Global Spend tracking process and report - working with market/regional leads & their teams, and ensuring we meet deadlines and accuracy KPIs
- Manage Dell's budget/spend forecasting, doing cross checks with markets and collating numbers - to enable smart commission commercial goals and internal staff plan management.
- Support Ops Lead on finance process support and escalations where required
Media Service delivery
- Manage Data & Digital operational workstreams and compliance according GroupM requirements - ensuring local markets deliver on key standards and best practice (supported by Ops Director/Digital COE Lead, Ad Tech lead)
- Work closely with Global Planning team and join up on workstreams that improve planning process efficiencies. Ensure markets are adopting new process and adhering to new ways of working, including timelines, templates and rules of engagement.
Tools Development & Deployment
- Create comms and training docs for new tool adoption and processes
-nBe key POC for existing tools & Troubleshooting (eg Synthesis) working alongside systems tech teams. Monitor issues/usage in markets and send market reminders to ensure tool usage is kept on track
Team
- Maintain Onboarding sharepoint, and how to improve experience for new EM Dell starters
- Data gathering for all surveys - (Dell annual survey, Vantage, Barometer) and market follow up to ensure maximum completion rates.
- Survey results and action plans templatized, written up and monitored
- Ensure strong connection between Global and Regional teams - setting up meetings, ensuring follow up meeting notes and action points are set and progress monitored
- Actively contribute and organize newsletters, CRM database, help build content for Global Town halls and other comms methods to ensure team is well connected.
