Job Purpose:

Your role is to increase the efficiency and quality of decision making on the Sony PlayStation account. This role is embedded into the client team and will improve how information (data) is collected, organized, published, and analyzed. You are expected to take a flexible approach focused on commercial outcomes.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will be:

• Provide analysis of the performance of campaigns across markets and product lines building up a set of best practices over time. Pulling CRM data from the client's proprietary data lake hosted in Snowflake.

• Work with both agency and client teams on improving the efficiency with which data is collected, organized, and analyzed.

• Promote the use of data and objective decision making across PlayStation and its marketing partners.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Management: Ensure senior stakeholders understand the value of good data management. How it can lower the costs over time by powering automation and autonomise decision making

2. Measurement Framework: Work with marketing teams and strategy teams on implementing a measurement framework Specifically in your case focusing on how groups of customers are being impacted by the collection of best practices we have.

3. Future Facing Initiatives: Support efforts to explore the role AI will play in understanding customers and how we market to them.

Key Performance Indicators:

-- Increased trust and reliance in data and analytics work from the rest of the business.

- Clarity of decision making across the business - if we are making decisions off data there should be less opinion-based debates.

Qualifications/Experience/Capabilities:

- Education: Quantitative field such Statistical Modelling, Mathematics, Computer Science or Economics.

- Hands on experience in: Python specifically the following packages: (Pandas, sklearn and StatsModel) and SQL.

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities,

- Knowledge of digital marketing including CRM programs is a plus,

- Knowledge of Flask, Snowflake, BigQuery, DBT is a plus

- Understanding of data governance and compliance principles is a plus

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $75,000 to $180,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
