Job Description
Job Title: Warehouse Coordinator (Data Processing Clerk)
Work Schedule: Sunday - Thursday 4pm start

Essential Job Functions:
- Provide inbound and outbound customer service phone coverage.
- Conducting research to resolve customer issues.
- Monitoring daily "Out of Stock" report and address accordingly.
- Invoicing orders and prepare pouches for drivers prior to truck departure.
- Respond to emails
- Other duties may be assigned.

Minimum Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 1 year call center experience
- Customer service experience preferred
- Foodservice experience preferred
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Outlook, Word). Type at least 45 WPM
- Knowledge of AS-400 preferred, but no required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
