Job Description

Kinexo Supply Chain Manager is only open to internal Kinexo candidates.

Oversee the flow of inventory customer critical items to include core items, LTO's, Promotions, new item implementation and depletion of existing items across all KINEXO warehouses.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Monitor and evaluate demand forecasting through data analytics and system reporting; assist in problem solving when misalignment with customer expectations is identified.
  • Partner with the Sr Supply Chain Manager, Purchasing, Customer Service to execute established plan.
  • Oversee the flow of inventory to ensure expected fill rate is achieved and limit exposure to financial risk associated with obsolescence and spoilage for those customer critical items.
  • Analyze Supply Chain reports to ensure proper product flow execution across multiple KINEXO warehouses.
  • Review the placement of purchase orders to ensure optimal in-stock levels and timing into warehouses.
  • Review sales orders to ensure expected ship quantities and into distributor timing
  • Work with other departments to problem solve when purchase orders and sales orders quantities and timing is not aligned with established plan or expected service levels.
  • Utilize logistics principles to minimize freight cost through plan development and recovery when needed.
  • Manage and monitor inter-warehouse issues such as: transfers, allocations, and quality issues across all warehouses.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, or related field
  • 5 or more years related work experience
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to influence and train others
  • Strong spreadsheet / database skills
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain management, replenishment, logistics, customer service, distribution
  • Ability to interact with multi levels of management both internal and external
