The Full Stack Development Manager is a hybrid remote position which will require the candidate to report and work from the office three days a week. Therefore, interested candidates should be within a 50-minute radius from Temple, TX.

Positions Overview:
- Responsible for owning and defining system capabilities in alignment with business partners and IT&D objectives.
- Responsible for owning & maintaining capability catalog.
- Responsible for execution and delivery of the capability roadmap aligned to business and IT objectives.
- Responsible for validation and signoff of new solutions for both project and enhancements.
- Responsible for solution design continuous improvement, identifying opportunities for solution rationalization, and implementing best practices.

Essential Job Functions/Principal Accountabilities:
- Strong understand of software development best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills, strategic thinking and problem solving skills. Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven track record of ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the department and organization.
- Experienced in development best practices, software development lifecycle, coding standard, usability standards, and various development methodologies.
- Passionate for building leading high performing teams,
- Demonstrate strong technical skills in frontend, backend, and database technology as well as posses leadership and management abilities to guide development teams and delivers effectively.
Minimum Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with 4 or more years in software development.
