The Director, Enterprise Contracts Chargeback Solutions utilizes their extensive IT knowledge and business acumen to evaluate how Contracts, Chargebacks, Pricing, and Billback solutions can support the business priorities of Finance and key operational leaders at McKesson.

They collaborate with senior stakeholders on critical projects to deliver key technologies and manage business demand proactively. Their alignment with Business Units across North America ensures a comprehensive understanding of McKesson’s landscape, allowing them to deliver enterprise-wide beneficial outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Lead Projects and operational support: Lead a team of 10+ Developers, Business analysts and Scrum Masters to deliver on projects and ensure smooth business operations in Contracts and Chargebacks space with technologies including SAP Vistex and JD Edwards
Lead Strategic Initiatives: Lead highly complex initiatives requiring an in-depth understanding of organizational objectives. Apply strategic goals to achieve results, analyze external business environments to anticipate trends, and influence strategy.
Manage Stakeholder Interaction: Regularly interact with senior management and executives on matters related to Contracts and Chargebacks. Communicate organizational strategy and translate it into functional strategies.
Business Planning: Support detailed business planning, budgeting, and forecast management while partnering with cross-functional teams.
Financial Analysis: Participate in the analysis, preparation, and presentation of key business drivers and financial results used by leadership teams.
System Integration: Perform technical planning, system integration, verification, and validation. Evaluate alternatives including cost, risk, and supportability, and conduct analyses for total systems.
Requirement Translation: Ensure the logical conversion of product requirements into total systems solutions, acknowledging technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Perform functional analysis, requirements allocation, and interface definition to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.
Minimum Requirements:
13+ years of professional experience. 6+ years of diversified experience in managing teams, leadership, planning, communication, organization, and people motivation. Experience with SAP Vistex and/or large ERP platforms like JD Edwards
Critical Skills:
- Experience working with development team leading technical solutions in Contracts, Chargebacks, and Pricing.
- 10+ years of IT and business experience with exposure to technology for supply chain and distribution.
- Experience with program and portfolio management, MSP operating models, business analysis, and
- Organizational change management.
- Broad understanding of current and emerging technology trends and developments.
- Strong planning, financial, and performance management skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff.
- Ability to motivate and influence leaders and teams without direct authority.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with effective presentation abilities at all levels of staff.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. This role is ideal for individuals with a robust background in IT and business, coupled with strong leadership and communication skills, who can drive strategic initiatives and manage complex projects in a dynamic environment.
Candidate must be authorized to work in the U.S, now or in the future, without support from McKesson.
Relocation is NOT budgeted for this position.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
