The Role: Hospitality Coordinator (Mat Leave coverage starting May 28th - October 1)

The Day-to-Day:
- Ensure the reception area consistently delivers a clean and aesthetically pleasing atmosphere
- Ensure guests are taken care of
- Work with the Executive Assistant team and Events manager to plan for upcoming guest visits and events
- Conduct daily office walk-throughs
- Set out food and drink, curate playlists, etc. for events
- Overseeing opening, mid-day, and closing duties to keep the office tidy and ready for action
- Report any repairs and maintenance issues to the building staff
- Receive and respond professionally to incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate individual
- Own various projects as needed
