Maven Clinic is looking for an innovative and results-driven Marketing Operations Manager to own B2B2C marketing operations for the Member Growth Marketing team. Reporting to Member Growth Marketing and longer term, to B2B Marketing Operations, you will support day-to-day operations, lead technical integrations, and support campaign execution. This role partners closely with B2B Marketing, Product, Engineering, Client Success, Client Delivery, and others. As a Marketing Operations Manager at Maven, you will: 

  • Lead and manage technical integrations between Maven’s marketing tools, eligibility files, and analytics, particularly with the Braze platform.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to improve eligibility file ingestion in Braze and streamline campaign processes from beginning to end. 
  • Evaluate additional integrations across go-to-market tools such as Gainsight, Hubspot, Unbounce, Salesforce, and leveraging AI capabilities to enhance marketing operations.
  • Support data and campaign needs: work cross-functionally to request attributes and events, maintain existing segments and other data points; ensuring data is clean, accurate, and properly formatted.
  • Interact directly with our Braze reps to ensure new features or improvements are implemented and to stay up to date on tool enhancements.
  • Identify and implement workflow improvements to reduce inefficiencies and manual efforts; automate processes wherever possible to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
  • Support campaign management and execution, landing page creation, and campaign tracking/reporting.
  • Create and help maintain comprehensive documentation for marketing operation processes and enrollment campaigns. 
  • Responsible for ensuring that campaigns comply with all relevant regulations and policies, including data privacy and security regulations.

We’re looking for you to bring:

Required skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing or CRM operations, ideally focusing on technical execution of marketing campaigns across email, push, in-app modal, and SMS.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms/digital customer engagement platforms, specifically Braze.
  • Experience managing eligibility files for the purpose of marketing campaign execution.
  • Highly motivated and considered a self-starter, running projects from start to finish.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills, data-driven, and able to report cleanly and accurately on marketing campaign performance.

Preferred skills:

  • Project Management experience a plus
  • Experience with Looker and Salesforce
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS as it related to email a plus 
  • Experience with Liquid Logic

The base salary range for this role is $120,000-$145,000 per year. You will also be entitled to receive stock options and benefits. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, and skillset.

Maven embraces a flexible hybrid work model. Our teams primarily operate from the New York Metropolitan area, NY, San Francisco/Bay Area, CA, Seattle, WA, Boston, MA, Chicago, IL, and Washington, D.C. This role is exclusively open to candidates in these locations. For those in our New York City office, we encourage in-person collaboration by requiring team members to work onsite three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). For those based in San Francisco/Bay Area, CA, Seattle, WA, Boston, MA, Chicago, IL, and Washington, D.C., we encourage in-person collaboration by requiring team members to attend quarterly Work Together Days within these cities. This policy aims to balance remote work flexibility with the benefits of face-to-face interaction.

This role requires active work authorization in the US.
