Job Description

The Opportunity: 

Provide excellent customer service to Mattel Toy Store customers and drive store sales, working 15-30 hours per week, including Saturdays.

What Your Impact Will Be: 

Responsibilities include merchandising products on the shelf, operating POS device, and providing customer service. Successful candidates will be flexible and enjoy a fast-paced working environment.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • Operate Point of Sale (POS) device and process payments for all guests.
  • Greet all guests, support with customer service to help meet daily sales goals.
  • Replenish shelves, ensure product is signed and priced accurately.
  • Physical requirements:  lift up to 25 lbs., stand for long periods of time.
  • Available to work daytime hours during the week and scheduled weekends.
  • Receive and count deliveries, elevate discrepancies to management as required.

 A successful candidate must have: 

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Capability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to bend and stretch - ability to lift 25 pounds
  • Manual dexterity for use of a cash register, computer keyboard and telephone

Preferred Job Qualifications:

  • High School Graduate or GED equivalent
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment
  • Consumer product industry or retail experience

The base hourly rate for this position is $17.27.
