Job Description

What Your Impact Will Be:

We are looking for a Brand & Procut Sr. Manager to develop strong ITPS & building brands for consumers and partners by outlining strategies that maximize category growth opportunities and Mattel's SOM inside it. Strengthen leadership in ITPS by ensuring product line adherence to these strategies, while reshaping building tactics to advance position in category.

Key responsibilities: 

  1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute long-term category strategies, aligning global priorities with regional opportunities to drive SOM growth.
  2. Volume Forecasting & Alignment: Lead mid- to long-range volume forecasting for Infant & Preschool category and ensure alignment across leadership, commercial teams, and marketing partners.
  3. Regional-Global Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison with the Global Brand Team (GBT), advocating for regional needs and securing resources to capitalize on growth opportunities.
  4. Brand Development: Build strong, consumer-focused brands through innovative strategies, ensuring consistent alignment with product and market objectives.
  5. Performance Management: Oversee budgets, monitor category performance, and refine strategies based on data-driven insights.

The main challenge of this role is to drive profitable growth for the Infant & Preschool portfolio in a highly competed market. Co-create a robust content & CRM program to drive loyalty and conversion and stregthen Fisher Price brand to drive differentiation vs direct import & local brands.

Qualifications

  • Category Leadership: 8+ years in category or brand management with expertise in strategic planning, portfolio management, and market share growth.
  • Regional Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of LATAM markets, consumer behavior, and competitive dynamics.
  • Global Collaboration: Proven ability to align with global teams and advocate for regional priorities.
  • Volume Forecasting & Budget Management: Experience in long-range forecasting, business planning, and optimizing budgets for ROI.
  • Team Leadership: Skilled in leading and mentoring high-performing teams.
  • Data-Driven Execution: Expertise in using insights to shape strategies and track performance.
  • Product Innovation: Experience launching products and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong communication and influencing skills with senior leadership.
