Job Description

Join our Regional HR Team as a HR Coordinator and make a real difference in our People & Culture initiatives! In this supportive role, you’ll assist with essential daily tasks, including recruitment coordination, employee onboarding, and maintaining digital employee records. This position is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and excited to grow their skills in a collaborative HR environment.

What Your Impact Will Be:

  • Assist primary recruiter in recruitment process; including posting job ads, screening resumes, initial phone interviews, scheduling interviews, feedback and coordinating with hiring managers
  • First point of contact for employee life cycle processes (onboarding, transfer, offboarding); including preparing employment documentation, HR Onboarding and ensuring a seamless transition
  • Provide general support to employees regarding HR policies and procedures
  • Full responsibility on maintaining updated employee records in HR Database Administration/ Workday
  • Support HR Team with internal communication
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives, such as performance reviews, training sessions, and employee engagement programs
  • Support local HR Teams with administration

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • Degree level education (or equivalent professional HR experience)
  • A minimum of 1+ years’ experience of working in generalist HR
  • Experience of recruitment is highly desirable
  • Strong organizational / prioritization skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in Workday is a plus.
