The Team:

In our office in Amstelveen, The Netherlands, we are currently looking for someone to join our Quality & Compliance department as Administrator for the Localization project. Product quality and safety are key to the trust we establish with millions of families who buy and play with our products every day. The development and construction of new products involves numerous disciplines and multiple areas of expertise devoted to ensuring the quality and safety of our products before they go to market, as well as ensuring they meet or exceed all applicable standards.

What Your Impact Will Be:

In this role you will support the localization of our products to ensure they comply with local language requirements. You will be reporting to the head of Quality & Regulatory Compliance for EMEA.

 

Your Primary responsibilities:

  • Search for English written packaging in different software applications like Agile.
  • Determine relevant information based on available protocols and provide translations which can be taken from an internal database.
  • Maintain all information in an internal database website in which the information can be found for later requests.
  • Rework instructions sheets into the local language with Adobe.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office and 365 applications (Teams, Excel, Word).
  • Not afraid to ask questions.
  • Good interpersonal communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Detail oriented, methodical and strong ownership.
  • Organized with good administrative skills.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Additional Eastern European language is a pre.
