Job Description
The Opportunity:
As the Order Management Manager, you will lead the EMEA Centralized Order Management team, overseeing all back-office order management activities for customers across the region. This encompasses the entire order lifecycle, from initial entry and allocation to final release, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon service level agreements.

You will be responsible for driving continuous improvement within the order management function, fostering strong relationships with business teams in all EMEA markets, and ensure a positive and engaged work environment for the team based in the Kuala Lumpur hub.
What Your Impact Will Be:
Team Leadership & Development
- Manage, coach, and develop the team, focusing on both direct reports (supervisors) and the broader team.
- Foster a high-performing team culture within the EMEA region while operating from a different location.
Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Supply Chain Managers and Customer Fulfilment leads in all 15 EMEA markets.
- Navigate and resolve conflicts between market priorities.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders across different geographies, considering varying communication styles and language proficiency.
Order Management Excellence
- Ensure accurate and timely order entry, allocation, and release for all EMEA customers.
- Analyze performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement action plans to optimize order management processes.
- Support the team during peak workloads or periods of absence.
Process Improvement & Documentation
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the order management function.
- Contribute to the documentation of order management processes for all customers.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with the counterparts in Malaysia to enhance team engagement and foster a positive work environment within the Kuala Lumpur hub.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, with a strong focus on Order Fulfillment (Supply Chain Execution), preferably within the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in people management, including team leadership, talent development, and stakeholder management.
- Fluent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in a shared service environment supporting a region in different time zones is highly advantageous.
