ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for maintaining indoor and outdoor facilities
  • May assist facility maintenance electricians, facility maintenance HVAC mechanic and Facility plumber.
  • Responsible for office setups, furniture moves and conference room setups
  • Complete minor repairs on equipment and machinery
  • Perform deliveries and pick-ups on campus and at offsite locations
  • Complete preventive maintenance on equipment as scheduled
  • Answer maintenance calls and make necessary repairs to equipment to keep operations moving.
  • Complete snow removal during the winter months as needed along with landscaping crew.
  • Set up and tear down special events / trade shows
  • Maintain and organize furniture in storage
  • **Always perform all duties or work with safety in mind. Safety First, Last, And Always.**

Qualifications

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 3 or more years of experience in Warehouse Maintenance.
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs.
  • Nimble – able to think and act quickly, prioritize duties based on company’s needs
  • Must be familiar with power tools
  • Knowledge and practice of office safety procedures and equipment
  • Physical stamina to handle a full shift of being active, in or outside of the building, year round
  • Fork-lift experience is preferred
  • Attention to detail, completing work in an exemplary manner and reporting any potential hazards to supervisor.
  • Interpersonal skills to interact positively with and support employees
  • Must be able to work overtime on short notice
  • Computer experience in MS Outlook, and the internet
  • Knowledge of Automation (Conveyance, Carton Erection/Sealing, ETC.) and Robotics (palletizing systems) *PREFERED*
  • Knowledge/Experience with 24v control systems and VFDs/Logic Controls. *PREFERED*
  • Ability to read blueprints/schematics/electrical drawings, etc.
  • Leadership- must be able to take charge of a project when asked to.
