Job Description

What Your Impact Will Be:

• Lead the development of the channel, generating negotiations that enhance the presence and relevance of mattel brands.
• Development of the off and on season. Identifying new business opportunities for mattel in the country.
• Responsible for the GS/ POS target and profitability margin in your CBT.
• Management of the client's portfolio as well as the promotional budget for the year of your clients.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in Sales within Retail / mass consumption with more than 3 years in the commercial area
• High negotiation skills (persuade and close)
• Ability to structure and detect new business opportunities
• High analytical skills and advanced excel management.
