Job Description

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will focus on developing a partnership with assigned client groups and facilitates open communication with leadership, advancement of the associate value proposition and educates associates on how they contribute to the company objectives and deliverables. This role owns the coordination and implementation of HR processes, policies and programs regarding recruitment, retention, organization development, talent development, engagement, on-boarding, succession planning, management training, compensation & benefits, etc.

•    HR Business Partner will work closely with Support functions business leaders (Finance, Legal, IT & Logistics) to translate talent and culture priorities into locally relevant plans that attract, develop, and retain best-in-class talent. We are trusted advisors, and we empower our teams to reach their goals
•    Ensure effective and timely talent management processes (performance and development objectives, succession planning, and talent movement).
•    Partner with business leaders on initiatives that engage associates and promote retention of key talent.
•    Translate and implement our talent-led strategies into plans to hire, develop, and engage our employees
•    Support and implement CoE led initiatives and opportunities.
•    Build and maintain positive relationships with employees, managers, and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide effective HR support.
 

Qualifications

•Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, HR, Psychology, or related field.
•4-5 years of proven experience as a HR Business Partner.
•Demonstrates adaptability and focus on the face of ambiguity and complexity.
•Strong collaborative skills and Influence others.
•Results-oriented and customer-focused.
•Excellent project skills with a proven ability to design workable solutions, manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, prioritize workloads, meet deadlines, and drive projects to successful implementation.
