Job Description

- Supplier / Subcontractor Certification and Oversight
- New Vendor Development, both toys and other consumers product (with risk management approach) and Vendor’s product’s quality monitoring, IBV QC qualification & oversight (support the lots inspection if needed)
- Problem Solving, Root Cause Investigation and CAPA determination
- Track and Measures supplier, subcontractor and vendor’s performance and drive for Improvement continuously
- Training for Mattel updated Quality procedures and documents
- Assist and/or lead for readiness assessment on potential and/or new regulatory, legislative change(s) or sustainability initiative(s)

Qualifications

-Bachelor's Degree in Science/engineering education.
 -At least 3 years quality integrity experience.
-Good Quality Management System and manufacturing Processes Knowledge. 
-Good Knowledge and application Experience on Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Minitab.
-Basic Microsoft program knowledge and capabilities. Good command of English both in written and verbal.
-Good communication, presentation, decisive and negotiation skill.
