Job Description
The Opportunity:
Mattel APAC Sourcing Finance team is seeking a Contract Accountant with a focus on accounts receivable for a 1-year contract.

Responsibilities:
- Handle accounts receivable, customer deductions and liaise with internal and external parties in resolving outstanding accounts and disputes
- Prepare AR and deduction report and analysis on collection
- Perform account reconciliation
- Assist in month-end closing in relation to account receivable function
- Assist in ad-hoc assignments and reports
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Accounting or Finance or other related disciplines
- Qualified member of CPA or equivalent will be an advantage
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable, preferably from MNCs
- Proficiency in MS Office especially in Excel e.g. Pivot table, V-lookup is a must
- Knowledgeable in Oracle Financial System a plus
- A good team player with positive mindset and strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Responsible, independent, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Remarks: The contract starts with 1-year, with potential for getting further extension
