Job Description

As a Commercial Finance Associate Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial success and supporting strategic decision-making within the organization. Acting as a financial business partner for the commercial team, your insights and expertise will directly influence the company’s performance in LATAM markets.

Key responsibilities:
1) Ensure accurate and strategic financial planning, analysis, and execution.
2) Providing the commercial team with actionable financial insights to guide business strategies and maximize profitability across LATAM markets.
3) Coordinating the preparation and management of P&L statements to ensure accurate representation of business performance.
4) Participating in the planning and execution of forecasts and budgets, providing a clear roadmap for financial stability and growth.
5) Conducting comprehensive financial analyses and preparing presentations to support informed decision-making by stakeholders.
6) Translating complex financial data into actionable insights that enhance business performance and identify growth opportunities.
7) Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve processes and maintain alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• At least 2 years of experience in finance, preferably in the consumer goods, retail, or FMCG sectors.

• Demonstrated experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.

• Experience with working closely with commercial teams is a plus.

• Hands-on experience managing Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, financial reporting, and month-end close processes.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Analytical Mindset: Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to manage complex datasets and provide actionable recommendations.

• Fluency in English is required.
